Join me for the June Boom!
The June Boom has three rules:
- Exercise every day in June. I'll be active for at least 30 or more a day.
- Start something you've been putting off. It can be anything, but for me it's biking, swimming, or anything that get me to shed some pounds.
- Be publicly accountable. I'll continue to use my blog, but will also incorporate Facebook, and Twitter. Just try to do anything that will help keep you on track.

ReplyDeleteI'm with it!! Although my baby's first birthday is in June so I may be skipping 1-2 days but I will do my very best to fit in SOMETHING every day! Thanks for sharing!

ReplyDeleteThanks Christina for your lovely comment.....if you read Alan's blog you would have seen that he had posted that we can "feel free to copy the badge for our blog" which I did!!!, and by the way there are several other people running this competition as well.....Maybe you should join!!!
ReplyDeleteIt's one thing to copy his badge, but another to take his challenge word for word and pass it off as your own. It would just be nice to give him credit instead of passing his challenge off as your own. :)
