    Bonnie I miss your blog and your humor and basically just you...

    I would like to suggest something that i have been doing to get this weight off, I am doing the np carb/ no sugar diet and it is working tremendously... I started listening to "the angriest trainer" Vinnie Tortorich http://www.vinnietortorich.com/ who is a trying to get the word out that it is the carbs and sugar in our diet that is making us fat...

    in 7 weeks I have gotten rid of 17 lbs...avg over 2 lbs a week...m
