Join me for the June Boom!
The June Boom has three rules:
- Exercise every day in June. I'll be active for at least 30 or more a day.
- Start something you've been putting off. It can be anything, but for me it's biking, swimming, or anything that get me to shed some pounds.
- Be publicly accountable. I'll continue to use my blog, but will also incorporate Facebook, and Twitter. Just try to do anything that will help keep you on track.
