Ok…..I know I have been neglecting all of you, trust me I have been hearing all about it from close friends and family. I’ve fallin’ in a funk again. These 20lbs I put back on have been really nagging at me, and I’m sure Easter didn’t help. So here we go again with no holidays in sight to screw me up. I have been at this for over a year now and technically I should be at or wanted to be at 175 lbs. Well I’m not and I only have myself to blame. I swore last summer was going to be my last fat one, guess not, but at least I still have time to lose some by then.

I need to stop swearing…….

Anyways……

I came across this list on SparkPeople and I wanted to share it with you. I figure if I use 1 a day for the next 100 days to give me a reason to exercise or be active I could lose at least 30 lbs or more.

  1. Bonnie, I read that same list this morning in my email. I love the idea of using one a day to encourage me. I have also been following Holly @300 pounds down. She is a great inspiration. I am taking my daughter for a walk tonight!!!! no excuses!
